Calgary AB Married 1
Hello Everyone.  After High School, I went to the University of Alberta and graduated in Recreation Management.  I then worked at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary for over 15 years as Club Director and Area Manager of Club Services. After this, I decided to make a change and became a business owner of Bubblelicious - selling fresh fruit drinks and Bubble tea at the NE Pacific Place Mall.  Did this for about 15 years.  Now, I am semi retired and working part-time at Canada Post.  I still enjoy playing sports, travelling and doing volunteer work at my son's school.

AB Married 2
Well, where to begin.  After all these years of doing fun and crazy things (won't elaborate because apparently we now have police in our midst-wink wink) along with some damaging close calls and medical concerns, I'm still here!  As some of you know, I wasn't there for grade 12.  I moved to B.C. after grade 11 and met an entrancing girl that would eventually become my wife of 28 years and counting.  We have 2 boys aged 27 & 22, the first born on our 1st year wedding anniversary almost to the minute.  How's that for planning! Both boys (men) work with their Mom at a sheet metal shop which she runs (Nose Creek Metals).  I am the G.M./Director of SEBO Canada, a company I have been with for over 15 years.  My job presents us with many travel opportunities and have been to Orlando, New Orleans, as well as Europe and Las Vegas numerous times where I have met up with D. Jepsen and R. Louie, but seemed to miss all the antics they participated in.  Rest assured, I have my own tales to tell, some even include pics!  Speaking of that, some of us still get together on weekends to catch up, but it seems to be dwindling down considerably, both in number of people and frequency.  Still not sure if I'm going to be there or not, but hope everyone has a great time.

Calgary AB Mom/Teacher/ Foster Parent Divorced 4
Well hellooo everyone!  I am so happy to be attending this reunion, I really wanted to come to the others, but....well......life!    I have had a busy but happy life, with a few bumps along the way.  After Grad I travelled Europe and got to see my relatives in Germany for the first time.  I then went straight into UofC and got my BPE and BED after degrees, was training for the 1984 Paralympic games where I won 7 Gold and 1 silver in Swimming and a Gold in Javelin.  In 1987 I moved to Edmonton, where I was training for the 1988 Parlympic Games and where I won Silver and Bronze in Swimming.  I then switched sports to Wheelchair Basketball and competed in the 1992 Paralympics where we won Gold.  It was a crazy time as I was teaching and training.  I taught Junior High school for a while, but then I moved into teaching children with multiple challenges.  In 1995, after having vaccinations for one of my trips, I became paralyzed and it was a long road back, but I made it and although I have more spasticity than I had when I was younger ( some of you may remember) I am no longer paralyzed and am functioning fairly well.    I still swim.    I was married in 2003, it didn't work out, but I am glad to say that my ex and I parted on good terms and divorced in 2011.    I have 4 children that I was blessed with through Foster Care.  One who is nearly 26 was with me for 13 years, he lives in Edmonton.  My 20 year old also lives in Edmonton, my little one who was with me for 2 years whom I had since her birth was taken back by the Native community....breaking our hearts....and my little Mi'Yah who I adopted at 2 years is now 6 years old.  I couldn't have my heart broken again as you can imagine.  She is a spunky adorable little girl of Ethiopian decent who, at my age, keeps me hopping.  I love every minute of it!!!  In case you are wondering about my name....I am Jewish, so I changed my name to my Hebrew name, it is pronounced Ye...who..deet.  Sorry if this complicates things, I still answer to Judy, but most people in my life don't call me Judy anymore.

Well, that's my life in a nutshell.  It's hard to pack in my entire 35 years into a few sentences.
Looking so forward to catching up with everyone, so very sad that some have taken up a new heavenly residence and we will not be able to catch up with them, but we do remember them all fondly.
I will add photos later.....PS.....if I ran into some of you on the street I wouldn't have a clue who you are!!!  Some of you have changed so much, not for better or worse, just different.    All the Best Everyone....can't wait to party with you all again!
